It'll definitely get expanded, but I like the idea of the Americas getting ready together in the single-site format. Plus, give me the host sites in our region over another tournament in Doha or Dubai.
I love the idea, but soccer is a game where competition has purpose. You win your league to qualify for champions league. You win Champions league to qualify for the Club World Cup. So, to make it relevant there needs to be something on the line. Itās the same problem I had with the Leagues Cup until they gave an automatic CCL spot. Expand the CWC and offer a spot to the Pele Cup winner!
Why do you put Conmebol in all caps but not CONCACAF? It should be the other way around. Every letter in CONCACAF stands for a word; each syllable in ConMeBol stands for a syllable in a different word.
I go with what the confederations go with. Concacaf went lower-case years ago (though I was covering the region already and it took a year or so to get fully changed over).
Not a bad idea, but Iām hoping for an expanded FIFA Club World Cup.

Well, thatās a reasonable approach.
